I'm so deprived! Think i've been cooped up too long. went a bit crazy today :P
I've lost count of the number of faces there are to "ally". Haha!! And i should really stop trying to destroy my "cute and innocent" reputation! haha! but ok.. only the TSD people know. Shhhhh! :P
We had dinner at the pizza place at raffles city. talked about dreams and sleep. Was great just talking, cracking jokes and laughing at each other. (: i love the tsd peeps! was bella, jenny, shawn, mich, chewy and me. Cheng joined us later, then 3 of the J1s (Nics, Shan and Eugene).
me, bella and jenny!

chewy (being pretty), mich (looking sleepy), and shawn (er.. talking on the phone! haha!)

pose! whoops chewy blinked!

Shawn imitating a certain teacher (not from RJ) who has perky tits. :P

Went to watch "y grec" after that. was not bad!! you can read a bit about it
here. it kinda grows on you! too bad it's over already so you can't go see it. loved the designs (set and sound)! The set was simple. They worked with white and black, mostly white. I'm not good at describing la. It was simple but functional. Didn't interfere too much with the audience's interpretation/experience of the emotions the actors were trying to express. The costumes!! HAHA! was really bold! They (only 2 cast members in all) came out in oversized black jackets/coats, white net stockings and black shoes that looked kinda like jazz shoes with higher heels. Was quite.. woah. haha! They took the coats off at one point. And all that was left were black vests on top of beige corsets. It was a tad distracting. haha! :P They did put on long pants with suspenders later on. The costumes worked though. It brought out a sort of vulnerability in the characters and didn't confine/restrict the whole play to greek references. Moreover, like what the writers said, the poems weren't exactly about Greece. Talked to natalie hennedige after the whole thing and got to take a photo with her, the writers (eleanor wong and madeleine lee) and one of the actresses (karen tan). wheee!

From left to right: karen tan, natalie hennedige, shan, eugene, nicole, lestari, jenny, cheng, bella, shawn, me, eleanor wong and madeleine lee.
I had fun tonight! (:
